POSITION SUMMARY
Under general direction, organizes, monitors, and supervises the fleet services operation within the Public Works Department to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to vehicle and equipment maintenance with a focus on high quality service and work products. Directs activities of personnel engaged in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with state, federal and city requirements. Coordinates the acquisition and disposal of the city’s vehicle fleet.

PREPARATION AND TRAINING
Education: Associate degree in a related field preferred
Work Experience: A minimum of four (4) years’ increasingly responsible experience in the automotive industry; and a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
Required Driver’s License: Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License
An equivalent combination of education, training and relevant job experience may be substituted.
HOURLY RATE
$75,671 - $113,507/Annual Rate
