Local HVAC Company is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Tech/Supervisor to join our team. Ideal candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and possess outstanding customer service skills. Qualifications:
Lead Service Tech
Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork system
3-5 years residential HVAC experience a plus
Possess own basic hand tools
Experienced with AC, Furnace, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, & Mini Splits, heat pumps, zone systems and zone
controls
Be able manage service calls
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Maintain service vehicle
NATE certification a plus
Ability to work independently
Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job
Must pass drug screening and background checks
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical systems for residential and light commercial
Responsibilities:
Service, repair and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial
Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer
needs/expectations
Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Ability to plan, lay out and insure the overall efficiency of hvac systems at project installation
Position includes:
