Comfy Cave Heating and Air is a Highly rated residential and light commercial HVAC company located in Lakewood Colorado, we serve the west to Denver metro area. Our company has been established and reputable since 2007, and we are looking for residential service technicians to join our team.
Qualifications are as follows:
-Three years of experience in heating and air conditioning services are REQUIRED- Must be able to work independently in customers' homes
-Clean MVR/background/criminal record (no felonies in 10 years)
-Able to properly diagnose and repair a wide range of residential HVAC equipment
-Run a minimum of 4 to 5 service calls per day
-Assist other Technicians and Manage sold installs
-Able and willing to do ladder work
-Ability to sell needed equipment and up sell
-Boiler experience is a plus

We do not promote high pressure sales, and maintain a 'treat them right' kind of attitude. Applicants without a minimum experience of 3 years diagnosing and repairing residential heating and air conditioning equipment will not be called upon.
