$23hr-$28hr for experience with flat roofing/ hot air welding.
Pay increase after 60 day performance review.
Flat roofing - PVC/TPO experience a must.
50-55hr work week with paid overtime after 40hrs.
Paid holidays, vacation, Kaiser health ins. and 401K. Paid sick days and bonuses.
We only do PVC/TPO commercial roofs.
Full schedule of work through winter.
