Point Consulting is seeking a Survey Crew Chief with 5+ years of Land Surveying experience. Point offers site services to our Client’s including Surveying, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture. We are a small business located near the intersection of Wadsworth Boulevard and Ken Caryl Avenue in Littleton, Colorado.
Point’s projects include commercial, retail, residential and others and can range in size from small to large. Our work is mostly focused around the Front Range but can also take us elsewhere depending on the opportunity. Our Land Surveying group does a great deal of their own independent work including transactional surveys and construction staking as well as supporting our in-house Civil Engineering efforts and 3rd party Engineers.

Survey Crew Chief responsibilities include:
Boundary, Improvement & ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Topographic Design Surveys
Construction Staking
Proficient operation of Robotic Total Stations, GPS & Digital Levels
Experience with High Definition Laser Scanners and/or Drones is a Plus
Professional communication with property owners and construction superintendents
Collaborative work approach
Survey Crew Chief required qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Experience with current Leica hardware & software
Knowledge of field to finish workflows
Clean driving record

Pay Range: $36-$40 per Hour Depending on Experience.
