Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple landscape crews
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Implement and maintain safety protocols
Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
Mentor and develop team members
Qualifications:
7+ years of landscape operations management experience
Proven track record leading 5+ crews efficiently
Strong knowledge of Colorado plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
We Offer:
Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience
Performance-based bonuses with the potential to earn $100,000+ in the first year
