We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Lawn & Sprinkler helper in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Job Title: Maintenance Helper
Job Type: Full-time with overtime opportunities
Location: Castle Rock, Colorado
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Payment Frequency: Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Aerating residential lawns to ensure healthy growth and appearance
- Fertilizing lawns according to scheduled maintenance plans
- Performing other lawn maintenance & sprinkler tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance is a plus, not required
- Ability to work full-time hours with potential for overtime
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
