Commercial general contractor needs lead carpenter & superintendent for the Denver metro area south to Colorado Springs. Skills needed for commercial tenant finish work. Must have current drivers license. Work truck may be provided. Must have own tools. Must have the skill set to complete and manage all trades including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, interior doors, plumbing and ALL tasks related to commercial tenant finishes.
