Base pay $35-50/hr, plus piece rate bonus. Full time and consistent work, flexible schedule/time off. Must have transportation and tools (additional vehicle bonus paid on top of earnings). Can provide tools to fill in as needed. Can be W2 or 1099. Pay structure at salary or hourly base, with piece rate commissions. Potential to earn well over $50/hr depending on efficiency
Experience in stairs and railing is highly desired, but not a must. Willing to train. If skilled in trim or other forms of carpentry, we can teach you the art. Primarily looking for individuals who can take a job from start to finish. And, if you are so motivated, to also begin bidding and managing your own projects. We operate somewhat like a co-op. Can discuss this option at interview if you are interested.

We are extremely picky on the jobs we accept, and think you will enjoy bringing life into each one of these projects. Jobs will all be in the general metro Denver area.
Candidates must be highly professional and presentable, driven, detail oriented, and, as in any form of art, patient!
The work is not as physically demanding as some trades, but mentally is the most difficult out there. Must have excellent understanding of mathematics, vision, and design.
