We are a growing masonry company seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all field operations across multiple job sites. This leadership role is critical to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage field personnel and daily operations across all active job sites
Coordinate closely with company management on scheduling, materials, and logistics
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for general contractors and project stakeholders
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
Represent the company professionally in all field-related interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in the masonry industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
