Highline Meadows is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. This role is vital to the ongoing care and presentation of our community, helping ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General property maintenance and repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Light snow removal
Replacing light bulbs and minor electrical tasks
Fence repairs and miscellaneous maintenance
Landscaping support: weeding, sweeping, and general upkeep
Trash removal from common areas
Qualifications:
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
Must be physically able to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, occasional evening & weekend needs.
Hourly starting at $20 hour
