We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure that all of our properties are well-maintained and operating smoothly. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with expertise in general maintenance, HVAC, and refrigeration systems, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general handyman repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency fixes across all restaurant locations and properties managed by Lotus Concepts. This role will focus heavily on HVAC and refrigeration unit maintenance, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and minimizing downtime.

Salary Range: $62,000 - $82,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor repairs.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Work closely with restaurant managers to address facility issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with special projects, renovations, and facility upgrades as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems (certification preferred but not required).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues.
- Hands-on experience with general repairs, including drywall, painting, carpentry, and flooring.
- Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to multiple properties required).

Schedule
