We are opening new stores which provides opportunities for those Master Technicians that would like to get paid overrides for being a shop foreman. Master Tech will have two dedicated bays to work in plus there are a few open bays that are not dedicated (16 lifts and 20 bays).
If you are an entry level technician we have a training and mentoring program for you to build your skills. This includes a tool purchasing bonus program to help you expand your inventory of tools.

General Service technician with no ASE but at least 2 years experience - $1,200
General Service Technician Greater than 5 years $2,000 plus $500 for each ASE certification.
ASE Master Technician with 10 years experience - $6000 plus $1,000 for each ASE advanced level cert.
Guaranteed salary plus production bonuses. Best of both compensation plans (flag hours and salary). Paid holidays, Paid Vacation, and Medical Benefits.
