I am looking for a good mechanic who is punctual and organized. Someone who is married, has kids, has a home and has lived in the area for a long time. He or She has good values, is invested in the community, is dependable and gets the job done. We are that kind of company and want to work with that kind of individual.
You will need to have all your own hand tools and testing equipment. We are a small construction company so you will be working on mostly older Chevy trucks, John Deere, Cat. Good dependable equipment with minimal computers and fluff. Most of your work will be inside our nice heated 2 bay shop. Sometimes you will have to go into the field and fix vehicles. You will work solo most of the time. Most of your work will be service, oil, filters, brakes, tune, minor repairs. We have a variety of vehicles and you can't know everything. I need you to be able to jump on youtube and figure it out if you don't know the answer. We have a couple nice welders, you will need to be able to weld a basic nice bead, nothing fancy.
We work from 7 to 5, Mon. thru Fri. Some Sat. if we are in a bind. You can earn $100,000.00 per year with us. We start at $40- per hour. Your pay will change, depending on what you know, and what you show. We are a small company and we treat people well. We don't have drama and we don't want drama from you. Show up, do your job well, treat people with kindness and respect. We will do the same and we will all get along and have a good time.
