Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Millwright / Maintenance Technician position include:
Applicant can visually inspect and listen to machines/equipment. And with use of equipment manuals can locate causes of malfunctions for repairs or corrections
Ability to construct, assemble, repair and dismantle machinery and equipment using tools such as: hammers, wrenches, crowbars, rollers, dollies, hoists and other hand tools
Dismantles machines & equipment to gain access to problem area.
Inspects & measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
Removes and replaces worn or defective parts of drive mechanism or hydraulic system. Realigns & adjusts components. This may include spindles and clutches.
Starts machines & equipment to test operation following repair.
May repairs broken parts by setting up and operating metalworking tools such as lathes, drill presses, & grinders to make or repair parts.
Experience working with equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts and all rigging equipment.
Qualifications for the Millwright / Service Technician position include:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus at least 3-5 years related mechanical, electrical installation, maintenance and repair experience.
Troubleshooting experience with commercial or industrial electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic and mechanical equipment is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints & documents such as instructions, procedure manuals and the ability to write routine reports or correspondence
Must be able to communicate, both verbal and written, effectively with customers or other employees
Strong with basic algebra & geometry with the ability to solve practical problems.
Must own a proper set of tools based on experience level.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. This is a field service position and the ideal candidate could be operating a company vehicle.
Must be able to complete and pass all OSHA Safety Training per the company guidelines.
Must Live In Denver.
Must be able to travel and stay out of town for extended periods of times for projects and assign work.
Must be able to weld/fabricate MIG-Stick-TIG (stainless, aluminum and steel) GTAW-GMAW bench test required.
Higher pay with skills to run a CNC mill-lathe, Iron Works, Brake, Shear, Punch, Plate Roller and Angle Roller.

Time and half after 40 hours
Any Holiday work or Holiday travel time is paid at Double time.
Travel Time Wage is half the hourly rate while traveling
Paid Per-Diem a day for all out-of-town meals is paid on checks
Hotels, Flights, Rental Cars expenses paid for by company.
This is a “direct-hire” opportunity and not a “contract-to-hire” or “temp” position.
