I am looking for a Business Partner for a start-up. I have many years of experience in business start-ups/development, advertising, marketing, design, websites, customer service, client relations, financials, sales techniques, and a lot more.
I’ve founded and developed 2 very successful companies thus far, and am looking for someone in the construction industry, as a Partner in my new venture. I have everything in place, and am ready to start within the next 30 days.
I am looking for someone who has at least 5-10 years of experience in their respective field, dependable, timely, organized, ambitious, and has their own truck and tools. As in any start-up, please have an additional source of income. Someone in the north metro Denver area is preferred.
The key to a successful company is the right TEAM. One person simply cannot run an efficient business model, and succeed. As an example, a Contractor who is in the field, has no time to handle the development side of things, nor can they do the marketing/advertising, scheduling, customer interactions, client relations, finances, management, and handle the backend, without running themselves into the ground.
In addition, by trying to do everything on their own, they lose valuable field time, where they could be making more money with 5 jobs vs 2. Essentially, they are losing more potential jobs than they are working – because of time. This is why 65% of construction start-ups fail. Fantastic customer service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship is #1; please keep that in mind.
