HVAC Technician – Part-Time (Service, Install & Repair)
Balanced HVAC is looking for a skilled, self-sufficient HVAC technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible work, consistent jobs, and fair per-job compensation based on skill and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Service, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial furnaces and air conditioning systems
Perform clean, professional installations of furnaces, ACs, and related HVAC equipment
Complete 1 full install per week (average), with additional service calls as available
Independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean work environment and represent the company with professionalism
Requirements:
Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills for both furnaces and AC systems
Experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and installs
Reliable transportation and basic tool set
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
EPA certification a plus (not required but preferred)
