Something about myself. I'm 47 year old male. I grew up in boulder co. I've been in construction since 2003. I am a dad and a husband. I like music, especially Taylor swift! I consider myself a spiritual person. I am from boulder!
I can be kinda of a hardass at work. I can be impatient, and super annoying at times. I have a tendency to repeat myself.
Sometimes I act like a child. So yes, I have some shit I have to work on as a boss. So patience is necessary on both sides.
My last helper was a girl and she was very capable and smart. So i have no gender bias. I don't care about sexual orientation, race or any of that shit. As long as you're a good worker and good person.
There will only be the 2 of us most of the time so we need to practice good communication, safety, efficiency and try to have some fun doing it.
So pay will be depending on experience and there will be chances for raises. You will be self employed so we get paid either weekly for bigger jobs and by the job for a smaller jobs.
