EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION PLUMBING FOREMAN NEEDED.
Compensation:
Salary Position - $74,880
+ Company Vehicle, Gas and Vehicle Insurance
Total with Benefits = $82,000 (approximate total due to age weighted health plan)
Benefits Offered:
75% Employer Paid Health Insurance after 90 days of employment/Employee Only
5 Paid Holidays after 1 year of employment
2 weeks Paid vacation after one year of employment
401K Plan after one year of employment with profit sharing program
Bonus Program after one year of employment (Based on Annual Business Profits)

Candidates will need the following:
10 years minimum experience in RESIDENTIAL new construction plumbing
Master's License Required
Hand tools, small power tools
Valid driver’s license and Social Security Card OR Work Visa
Good Driving Record
Excellent Communications Skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Must be Efficient with Technology (Phone and Tablet)
On Call Availability is Required
