We are a rapidly growing company looking for subcontractors that have crews. Subcontractors will need to be able to provide a W9, insurance, and photos of work. Most of the work we do is insurance related with water damage, fire damage, asbestos damage, and mold damage. Remodels are also common as well. Being able to pull permits is also highly desirable.
We work on drywall, tile, carpet, cabinets, framing, finish carpentry, painting and texture, windows and doors, roofs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, siding, and more. An ideal subcontractor will have people on their team that can do the type of work listed above. Our preferred characteristics of a subcontractor are good communication, politeness, timeliness, and cleanliness at job sites. We are a volume based business, so the more jobs that can be pushed, then the more money that can be made.
We also offer opportunities to receive perks like occasional free tools and meals. Payment terms can be discussed, but typically we provide a budget and pay a significant portion up front and the remaining amount at the end of each job, when the project closes out and insurance pays the final bill. Our budgets include labor, materials, and pick up and delivery of those materials.
