Need to know how to de-glaze and reglaze IG units, make adjustments to windows, switch out balance rods, tilt pins, check for for square, solve problems, have good customer communication, re-screen screens, run a good bead of caulking, ladder safety, and a great attitude. Full time job with health benefits, PTO, and matching 401k. We will supply all tools, truck, and materials. Some training will be furnished.
