We provide you with over 20 roof inspections per week in the winter and over 50 inspections per week the rest of the year.
Compensation is flexible, bi-weekly or monthly, paid per inspection, salary, commission and bonus.
Our roof inspectors do NOT oversee projects, collect payments, or door-knock.
Your job is to inspect roofs for real estate, storm damage, and maintenance.
Your duties are to perform a tablet-based roof inspection while safely navigating the roof.
Requirements:
2 years + of roof experience and understanding different residential roof products.
A valid Colorado driver’s license
No fear of heights/ability to carry a 32 ft ladder/able to climb a ladder
Tech-savvy
Strong customer service skills.
Fluent in English
Be able to provide both verbal and written communication with adjustors and owners.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be over the age of 25 years of age and have 5 years of verifiable employment.
