Colorado roofing & exteriors company is seeking a strategic partnership with an established, professional roofing installation company in the Colorado market. The majority of our projects are insurance claims.
After 10+ years of selling and installing roofing projects, we are looking for a crew that can handle all of our installs (200+ per year).
Our company will:
Sell the jobs
Work with insurance
Collect all payments from insurance and customers
Your crew and company will:
Secure materials
Complete installation
Provide customer service for the installs (punchlists, customers concerns)
Provide 5 year warranty
Provide general liability for all install issues.
We're searching a company that will provide a set cost/SQ for install services. You price your installs at a certain rate that will be consistent for all work.
You must have ENGLISH SPEAKING supervisors on site at all times, to ensure proper communication with customers.
You must have your own license and be able to pull permits, we sell from Co Springs to SE Wyoming.
