I’m the owner of a Denver area residential income property business, consisting of single-family homes, 2-plex, 3-plex, and 4-plex units. For 55-years, me and my family have always been the property management and maintenance company. Such tasks have mostly included preparing the units for renting to our tenants.
Seeking a skilled handyman and/or craftsman for every phase of maintenance and repairs including painting, wall repairs, bathroom and kitchen repairs and improvements, general electrical and plumbing repairs, plumbing fixtures such as toilet and sink repairs and replacement, door repairs and installation, ceramic wall repairs and installation, small lvp and porcelain tile floor installations and repairs, landscaping and yard maintenance and installations, etc.
An applicant must operate as a 1099 independent contractor, have his own basic tools such as hand tools, and basic power tools, and be able to pass a background check as we often must enter into a secured tenant’s residence to provide services.
Please note that as the owner, and as a former Class B general contractor, I have every power tool necessary for every task, including tools to build a residential structure if necessary. Also, with my level of experience I can properly teach you every phase of construction and maintenance if you choose to learn.
Job scheduling is flexible, however communication is a must as a lack thereof will destroy every relationship! Guaranteed payment will be offered at competitive rates, either a negotiated hourly rate, or a per tasked job payment. Be assured that you will never, ever, not be paid for your quality work!
