Help Wanted - Experienced Residential Construction Work

Position Overview:
Seeking applicants with experience in one or more of the following skills. Please list which of these you are most qualified for and your level of experience in that area when applying.
- Able to perform and manage residential demos, floor coverings, dust containment rooms
- Installation of baseboards, casing, crown molding, light rail, scribe, cabinet fillers
- Framing of floating walls, misc. framing and framing to architectural drawings
- Installation of drywall, no finishing required
- Small-scale painting: trim, doors, misc. walls and ceilings (not entire homes inside and out)
- Installing interior and exterior doors; training is provided on our procedures
- Installing windows and patio doors; training is provided on our procedures
- Installation of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
- Picking up material orders and delivering to various job sites
- Installing insulation and various vapor barriers
- Cut and fasten 4x8 sheets of plywood or OSB
- Installation of exterior siding; training is provided on our procedures
- Able to safely and efficiently use miter saws, table saws, jack hammers, drills, reciprocating saws, and pneumatic nailers
All employees are expected to meet the following responsibilities and duties:
Execute daily work orders within safety regulations.
Report daily to Supervisor or Project Manager on the progress of all project activity, including work completed and any conditions which may affect project cost or schedule.
Solve problems that arise and notify management of real and potential job problems.
Oversight of quality standards; ensure that all Company quality standards are being met.
Oversee project safety and enforce Company safety policy to eliminate potential accidents or safety compliance issues.
Keep job site as clean and tidy as possible.
Maintain good client relations; we pride ourselves on our team’s professionalism and respect for a client’s home.
Qualifications:
Basic math and writing skills
Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds
Ability to work while wearing a respirator when needed
Must have your own basic hand tools and drill set. Large tools, nailers, specialty tools, etc. are provided.
Ability to use a smart phone and app to log hours and job notes
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to take direction from supervisors
Good judgment and ability to remain calm in an extremely busy workday and/or difficult client interaction
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Use common sense when assessing job set-up and protocol
Minimum 6-12 months as an apprentice or trades worker in above requirements
Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License and meet MVR driving record standards
Must have reliable personal vehicle and ability to drive company vehicle as needed
Language requirements - must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $25-$30 DOE with a review after 90 days.
