We are 5280 Floors, located in Denver, CO. We are looking for Hardwood Flooring Craftsmen Leads to help grow our business. We are proud of our top-rated performance ratings, outstanding customer reviews and the excellence in service we provide our residential customers, insurance companies, and custom builders. We have been in business for over 14 years and just opened our second location in Denver.
At this time we are only in need of someone who can sand and finish floors (not just installers)
Job Details:
- Materials and equipment usage & management
- Operating tools & machinery
- Application of stain and finish
- Custom wood fabrication, and other duties and skills needed for hardwood flooring installations
- Managing a team, training apprentices
- Additionally, there could be custom fabrication work performed in our wood shop
Pay / Hours and Benefits
- Monday through Friday: 7:30AM - 4:00PM (We can be slightly flexible for kids school drop offetc)
- Pay is mostly piece rate with some hourly work. Our hardwood leads generally make $27-$50 per hour
- Health insurance, life insurance, matching 401K, profit sharing and bonuses, overtime
Requirements
2+ Years Experience in hardwood floor refinishing (Only looking for refinishers at this time)
Your own truck or van (we provide all other equipment)
All candidates should be available to Monday through Friday: 7:30AM - 4:00 PM
