Mavi Unlimited is a large Professional Property Management Company that operates in and around the Greater Denver Metro Area and beyond. We host a team of maintenance technicians and are looking to expand by having a Licensed HVAC, Plumber or Electrician join our team so we can better assist our Owners, Residents and Properties by ensuring better control and oversight by having our own Licensed Technician. This is a part time work based on overall Resident Work Orders. We look forward to working with you!
Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for assessing and repairing general HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical issues. This role requires a strong understanding of your licensee area and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Technician will work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems from Resident Work Orders to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Repair or replace defective components or provide accurate quotes for approval when above maintenance limits
Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all issues are resolved and functioning properly.
Skills
Proficiency in using field specific diagnostic tools and competent in field related repairs
Experience in field service roles related to HVAC, Plumbing and electrical or similar industries.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with property maintenance practices
Licensed in multiple fields is a great bonus in potential pay and overall work load opportunities
