We are looking for an experienced auto body paint prepper. If your interested in learning to paint autos, you will be taught on the job. A skilled painter can earn up to $100k a year if not more. So this is a win win position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint using hand tools and power tools.
Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be painted, ensuring precision to avoid overspray.
Mix paint and other materials according to specified formulas and techniques to achieve desired colors and
consistencies.
Fill dents and scratches with body fillers, ensuring a smooth, flawless surface for painting.
Primer coating for paint adhesion.
Monitor and adjust the environmental conditions in the paint booth to ensure optimal paint application and drying.
Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, and unpainted areas, performing touch-ups and corrective actions as necessary.
Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental laws and regulations, including leftover paint, thinner,
and solvent.
