Profit sharing for employees that stay 6+ months. Paying good wages in addition to that. Candidates must be able to do crawlspace, attic, ladder work (nothing above 20 ft). Let us know what tools you have and what would need to be provided. Wage DOE but ideal candidate will qualify for $45+/hr
