General contractor that performs Service work is looking for a Skilled Service Technician
We are looking for a new employee that is multi talented and good at working independently and also with others
English is required and Spanish is helpful
This is an internal position and we are not looking for Subcontractors at this time.

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Administrative:
Good organization and follow through on the documentation of work through electronic devices with photos and description of work performed. We are required, and require our employees to be thorough in this aspect.
Transportation:
This position requires reliable transportation and all needed tools to perform the work - We do compensate for work miles driven at $0.67/ mile of work travel - We do service the entire front range so there may be extensive travel. Our service area for this position is from Loveland/Greeley on the North to Castle Rock in the South. We may occasionally need further areas serviced.
This position is expected to be daily service and travel but may also be on a jobsite for extended periods during construction projects. Truck or Van is needed for this position.
Trade Skills: We are looking for an experienced Tech that is Multi Talented in Repair and Install
Irrigation -
- Ability to replace backflows/ zone valves and repair zone piping and heads: We have a lot of this now
Plumbing -
- Main distribution piping and waste lines
- Sinks and Faucets
- Shower Valves (Including retro fit)
- Garbage disposals
- Water heaters
- Waste and Overflow
Electric-
- GFCI diagnosis and repair
- Troubleshoot and repair of branch circuits and devices (Switching etc) 120v
- Main Panel : Replace breakers and add circuits
- Appliance power supply repair and diagnosis - 220v
Drywall- We do a lot of drywall following plumbing and electric work, this is a requirement and quality is required
- Patching and repair to include texture and paint to match
- New install
Flooring- We install a lot of LVP and this is a needed skill. If you also have experience installing carpet that is also helpful
Tile- Tile skills are very helpful as well, Walls / bath tile in paticular
Doors & Windows-
- Repair and replace for all types of residential Doors and Windows
Carpentry-
- We need someone that is versed in medium level finish carpentry - Base/ Case, Exterior trim and siding etc
