Mountain West is seeking dependable, hardworking Sub contractors to join our Snow Removal teams for the upcoming winter season. This role involves working on-call in response to snow events, providing essential snow and ice removal services to a diverse range of clients across the Front Range. The position requires a commitment to working during adverse weather conditions, often during overnight or early morning hours, ensuring that sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances are safely cleared and treated.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances.
Apply ice melt or salt to ensure safe passage.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met.
Compensation:
Compensation will vary based on the kinds of equipment and number of team members you bring to the work, contracts will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Shift Details: Most shifts are from 3 pm-8 pm and 2 am-9 am, with additional hours as needed based on weather conditions.
