Experienced Solar/Electrical Technician Wanted

We’re a growing solar energy company seeking a dedicated individual with at least 2 years of experience in electrical work or solar installation (solar preferred).
What We’re Looking For:
Must provide documentation of relevant experience.
Must have your own hand tools (drill, impact driver, lineman pliers, side cutters, screwdrivers, etc.).
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be drug-free and ready to work hard.
What We Offer:
Starting pay: $22.50/hour
$27.50/hour for NABCEP-certified candidates
$5/hour pay review after a 90-day probationary period
Education reimbursement program
Tool reimbursement program: Up to $500 interest-free loan every 90 days
