We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pool Foreman to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with project teams, supervise construction activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, building swimming pools, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent budgeting and cost control skills
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
