We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. $32+ per hour depending on experience. Must have TIG experience. Approximately 70% shop, 30% field work. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and fitting a variety of materials, especially Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Stairs and railing experience is a plus, as well as general MIG experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading drawings as necessary, performing accurate measurements, and work safely. The Welder/Fabricator must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to meet tight deadlines.
We are a smaller (8 person), well equipped, well lit shop with good working conditions (warm in the winter, cool in the summer), doing custom and production fabrication / welding. We weld and fab with carbon, stainless, and aluminum. Stairs, railings, industrial, TIG welding for machine shops and OEMs, etc, etc. You won't get bored, we do something different nearly every day. Day shift work, hours can be somewhat flexible, paid holidays, vacation, health insurance. 40 hour weeks with overtime available. Shop is located near Santa Fe and I-25.
