Compensation

This role is ideal for someone who starts as a skilled installer and, over time, grows into a Team Lead Installer position—taking on more responsibility including leading install crews, overseeing project execution, and mentoring new team members.

Knowledge and Other Requirements

● Interest in developing leadership and mentorship skills

● Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

● High School diploma or equivalent

● Authorized to work in the U.S.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Lives in or near Douglas County, Colorado

● Can lift up to 50 lbs consistently and navigate ladders/stairs/confined spaces

● Consent to background and drug check

● Familiarity with tools, hardware, and measuring equipment (closet or cabinetry install experience a plus)

● Install custom closet systems in homes and offices according to design specifications

● Ensure all work meets company quality and cleanliness standards

● Communicate clearly and courteously with customers
