We are looking to fill a Working Paint Foreman position with someone who has knowledge in the fields of production paint and touch up for multifamily projects. Our projects are located throughout the Springs and South Denver. In this position you will be walking the jobsite, attending meetings, being the main contact for builders and relaying the information to the office, you will also be doing paint touch ups and you will be in charge of informing the other employees of what is needed done on a day to day basis. You will likely be covering one to two jobs within close proximity to each other. You will also be keeping track, taking pictures and accounting for anything new that is being added and relaying the information to the office.
We have a staff of roughly 40-50 employees/subcontractors, two foreman and office staff. We currently have multi family production paint/drywall contracts (under contract on 11 projects) as well as working for I-Buyers on home remodels/repairs (roughly 60-80 homes assigned to us at a time).
In this position you will be checking in with employees/subcontractors, and speaking with our clients and communicating via phone and email.
