This opportunity is for established independent contractors with an active DOT & MC authority only.
J.B. Hunt is expanding our Final Mile Services home delivery carrier force. We are looking for carriers that are interested in contracting with us to deliver furniture and bedding items in customer homes for a major retailer.
$650 average daily rate
Average delivery radius is 100 miles. Some deliveries will be in 200-300 mile radius for extended area or mountains.
Tuesday-Saturday work week
7-day payment terms
Established customer base with consistent routes
Access to third-party discounts for truck rental, fuel and tools
Access to nationwide accounts
Carrier Requirements Include:
Active US DOT & MC numbers
Previous home delivery (white glove) experience
Previous appliance delivery, furniture delivery and installation experience with a major retailer is required!
26’ box truck (truck equipped with liftgate is a plus)
