shipments. Logistics has been left out of the technology boom for long
enough and CUDA Cartage TMS is looking to bring a modern software take
to a neglected industry.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible
for managing relationships with our customers, providing exceptional
support through calls and emails, and contributing to the improvement
of our software by participating in application testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
their inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software products to provide
accurate and comprehensive support.
2. Application Testing:
- Participate in the testing of new features and updates to our
software applications.
- Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues
to the development team.
- Provide valuable feedback on the user experience and suggest
enhancements to improve the product.
- Assist in creating and updating user documentation and support materials.
Qualifications:
- 0- 2 years of experience providing customer support for software
applications
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
and analytically.
- Experience with manual software testing is a plus.
- Experience in logistics is a plus
