Job Description
Are you passionate about customer service and making a tangible difference in your community? JMA Outreach is seeking motivated Field Agents to join our team! As a Field Agent, you'll be responsible for:
Attempting in-person contact with borrowers.
Delivering time-sensitive letters or documents.
Key Qualifications
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
Empathy and Timeliness: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be prompt and reliable.
Technical Requirements: Candidates must have a computer, printer, reliable transportation and auto insurance, as well as a mobile phone or tablet.
Additional Opportunities
Candidates with a notary license will be eligible to perform additional work notarizing final borrower documents.
Work Schedule
Flexible hours; work on your time between 8 AM and 9 PM.
Requirements
Applicants must pass a drug test and background check.
