A Colorado based corporation providing local construction services. Our focus is on heavy civil construction, and supporting home builders and general contractors.
We are hiring a Class A CDL driver with heavy haul experience. As a CDL driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our heavy equipment to our jobsites along the Front Range. Position does come with a company pick-up truck.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload equipment, ensuring that it is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan routes to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Current Class A CDL
- Experience with a Lowboy trailer hauling heavy equipment (Excavators, Haul Trucks, Loaders, Etc)
- Clean driving record with no history of major accidents or traffic violations.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all federal and state transportation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Heavy Equipment operating experience a plus!
