Green Road Logistics has been in business for over 15 years and prides itself on being a small, tight-knit company that maintains a small fleet of owner operators. Our company size ensures that drivers get the attention they deserve to guarantee consistent load availability. We haul enclosed cargo/utility trailers as our primary freight and various autos for backhauls. Cargo trailer loads are one-pickup and one-delivery, which pay fast and pay well. We have a long standing relationship with dealers and manufactures that requires dedicated drivers who will provide excellent customer service. We do not have positions available often, and they are highly sought after. Home time is important to us, so we fit your dispatch requests into the schedule to maintain the work and home time balance. Our owner operators gross an average of $7,500.00/week and are independent contractors (1099). We are in search of drivers who own their own power units. Owning a trailer is a plus but not required - we have trailers that can be leased. 2 years of CDL experience and a clean driving record are required by our insurance provider. Owner operators pay 10% to receive all of the following:
-Use of Green Road Logistics’ DOT number and MC authority
-Access to load boards
-Full dispatch services
-Quarterly IFTA filing (in addition to any other state-specific quarterly tax filings)
-Registration services under Green Road’s IRP account
-IFTA registration services under Green Road’s IFTA account
-Permitting services
-Commercial insurance services - Green Road holds the policy, owner operators pay their portion of the monthly premium (average of only $675/month for liability and cargo)
-Enrollment in drug consortium & FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
