Independent Parts Runner.
We are in search of a Parts Runner who has some knowledge of Semi-Trailer Parts, Automotive and or Diesel Parts
Responsibilities:
· Company Parts Truck provided according to daily schedules.
· Assist Mobile Trailer Mechanics at the job sites for the parts needed to shag.
· Completion of work orders in a timely manner on the scheduled date.
· Document work completed for end-of-day invoicing.
· Assist with preventative maintenance on a weekly basis.
· Keep the Parts Truck organized and take proper care of all equipment on the truck and in the facilities.
· Follow all company rules and policies.
· Provide a great level of attention to detail.
· Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
· Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Knowledge and Skills for this Position:
· Lift materials, (up to 25-50 pounds).
· Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to sit, walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
· Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing ( gloves, etc.)
· Detail-oriented, self-directed, good communication, and personal skills.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Must be reliable, with a strong and dependable work ethic and desire to contribute to a team.
· Willing to work part time work schedule.
Requirements:
· Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
· Must have a Clean MVR
· Must be able to work independently this is a one-man job only.
· Personal tools required (list available upon request, cell phone or tablet). Management may help with picking up of necessary parts and tools as needed.
· Ability to pass a background and driver’s license screening is required.
Benefits Package:
· Seven paid holidays.
· Paid Weekly
Part Time – 10:00am to 3:00pm daily
Pay: $13.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Experience:
Parts Running a plus but will train as needed: 1-5 years (Requested but not a deal breaker)
Mechanical knowledge: 1-5 years (Requested but not a deal breaker)
Trailer, Truck and Automotive exposure: 1-5 years (Requested but not a deal breaker)
