Good Call Printing, LTD (dba: Good Call Couriers) is a company that specializes in medical stat courier deliveries; primarily based in Denver, Colorado. We deliver everything from medical supplies, medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, OR pans, and veterinary supplies. Anything that needs to be delivered within a 1-4 hour window we deliver it! As a company, we hire individuals as Independent Contractors. Independent Contractors can make their schedules and make as much money as they see fit. We do not hire employees, we hire team members. As a team, we want to grow with individuals who enjoy driving, have professional manners, have good communication skills with all other team members (including dispatchers), are diligent about signing up for the hours they want, and when a delivery is accepted they can deliver promptly.
If chosen for the job you will be hired as an independent contractor, and will file a W-9 for tax purposes. If you already have a business name and ID you can use that. Otherwise, you need to use your name and social security number or a work visa to be hired. Independent Contractors are their own bosses. You decide when you work, which means you decide how much money you will earn. We do have a schedule that we would like to have filled, but you have to sign up for it so we know you want to work it. We will work with anybody’s schedule, even those who are still going to college. You must work at least 20 hours a week, or at least 20 runs.
What Does a Courier Do and What Do They Get Paid?
A Courier picks up something from one location and delivers it to another location. It's simple and yet very profitable!
We need an afternoon/evening driver Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm. Deliveries start at $14/delivery, any stats that are over 20 loaded miles are paid $1.00/loaded mile. All deliveries between 7pm-11pm are paid at least $20/delivery or over 20 loaded miles are paid $1.00/loaded mile. It's easy to make $200+/day. Our drivers average between $20-$48/hour.
We are also looking for a weekend driver who is willing to work days/evenings. 11am-11pm and the pay would be $14/delivery, any stats that are over 20 loaded miles are paid $1.00/loaded mile. All deliveries between 7pm-11pm are paid at least $20/delivery or over 20 loaded miles are paid $1.00/loaded mile. It's easy to make $200+/day. Our drivers average between $20-$48/hour.
If chosen for the job, training will take 1-4 evenings and the time of training will be decided based on hiring. We have an office in Aurora where we will meet to do paperwork and show you the basics of the job. However, most of what we do is on the road. The best part of our job is that we can start working from where we live. We do not need to “go to work”, like a typical day job. If we are on the schedule we start working from wherever we are!

Things We Need From You:

Looking for a courier with a valid Colorado driver’s license, and be eligible to work in the USA.
Courier must be at least 21 years of age, previous business ownership experience is ideal. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous courier experience is a plus.
Use your vehicle to make deliveries. The vehicle must be dependable. Good gas mileage is preferred.
You must use your good-running vehicle with current auto insurance coverage. The insurance coverage that is required is $100K/$300k/$50K coverage (stand auto insurance coverage).
Must be able to pass a drug screen upon hire.
Must have access to GPS and a smartphone that can download an App.
Be able to write down/keep track of how many deliveries are done in a single shift. Directions are easy to follow.
Must be willing to enter hospitals, doctors' offices, urgent cares, and warehouses.
Must be able to type on a computer the scheduled hours you want to work (Google Sheets). This is easy and I am happy to train you.
Must be good at communicating with us and our team of dispatchers.
Prefer if you are vaccinated against COVID-19 (though this is now optional).
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. This is rare, most boxes or totes are awkward in size, but not heavy. Most deliveries fit inside a lunch box. Having a small easy-to-fold dolly makes this job a piece of cake!
Here are the things we look for in our Couriers:
Must speak fluent English.
Must be dressed modestly. From neck to knees must be covered at all times when delivering. No alcohol or drug paraphernalia is allowed to be worn on any clothing. A name badge must be worn for every delivery. Shoes that cover your toes are best.
Candidate must be polite and abide by Hippa rules of client/patient confidentiality. There is an online training that must be completed before you can work independently. The training costs $18.95 which you have to pay, and we will reimburse you on your first paycheck.
This person must fill out the paperwork and send it in by email at the end of every day.
Must be kind and easy to communicate with. Being responsive and communicative with everyone who texts or emails you, is a must.
Willing to work and be dependable. Being autonomous and self-motivated is a must!
If you agree to take a shift or a certain number of hours, we expect that we can rely on your word. Our team members become like family and we have to be able to trust you. Trust and integrity are the biggest qualities we look for in any Independent Contractor who is interested in joining our team.

A copy of your Social Security card, passport or Work Visa.
A copy of your auto insurance "Declaration Pages" which show $100K/$300k/$50K coverage.
A copy of your current vehicle registration.
A copy of your covid vaccination card (this is now optional).
A voided check for direct deposit.
Interviews and Starting the Job:
Interviews are a three-step process; a phone interview, a video interview, and then a meeting on the job to see how you will fit within our organization.
Cargo insurance is covered by our company if you work 20 hours or more/week. Proof of insurance is required to be hired.
