Working with US Transport:
Our Trailer Mechanic position could be just the spot to start your career with US Transport.
If you have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, one year of experience working on trailers and brakes and own your own tools, this job could be a good fit for you.
As a Trailer Mechanic, your typical day would include:
Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing all US Transport equipment as indicated on repair orders.
Performing safety and legally required inspections.
Maintaining parts and yard organization (with direction from Shop Management) to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience working specifically on trailers
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on brakes
