We are a growing mobile mechanic company seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Dispatch mobile mechanics to customer locations, coordinating schedules and routes
Generate service orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in basic computer skills and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
