Comfort Inn/The Mav Kitchen & Tap House
Seeking detailed, self motivated individual with at least 2 years experience in property and hotel maintenance. Troubleshooting skills a must. Individual will be part of a successful Management Team and will be rewarded with uniforms and possible housing. Certified Pool Operation certification a plus. Duties will include but not limited to, snow shoveling, cleaning, landscaping and guest interaction.
Technical Knowledge
Works well under pressure, uses problem solving skills, and has a basic knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/electrical work/carpentry/etc.
Responsibilities
- Processing work orders for repairs in occupied units
- Performing repair tasks in vacant units
- Ensuring property grounds and landscaping is free of debris and are properly maintained
- Additional duties as assigned
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect rooms when needed and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role, you should have previous experience in maintenance and be able to work independently.
