Our company is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Level II technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Level II technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal customers. The ideal candidate must have experience in support ticketing systems and possess strong technical skills in desktop support in a mixed OS environmentResponsibilities:Provide technical support to employees for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheralsMaintain inventory of workstation hardware and software.Maintain and update desktop operating systems and softwareManage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutionsAssist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environmentProvide excellent customer service and communication to end-usersProvide training to employees on new desktop software and hardware.Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
