Job Description:-
Our client is building a next-gen 5G network to disrupt the wireless industry and fuel innovation in transportation, health care, education, sustainability, city management, and agriculture.
The Compliance Program Manager will work with a variety of internal and external partners and vendors to ensure a successful deployment of the 5G Wireless network.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Clear understanding of Environmental and Regulatory requirements for wireless networks.
  • Train, supervise and direct team members ensuring they can meet build plan deadlines
  • Understanding project objectives at a high-level to identify the best approach for selecting the right people and processes for completing complex projects.
  • Creating and implementing "out-of-box" solutions to resolve project issues while maintaining budgets and expediting timelines in full compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development & continuous review of on-going processes; including implementing changes for efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Understanding FAA, FCC & OSHA Regulations
  • Experience speaking with local jurisdictions about Health and Safety, EME and other regulatory issues a plus, not required.
  • Primary point of contact with the FAA and FCC
  • EPCRA preparation
  • EME signage standards
  • Migratory Bird Compliance
The successful Compliance Program Manager candidate will have:
  • Experience managing hundreds of projects simultaneously, working to aggressive schedules.
  • Bachelor' Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience designing and implementing regulatory/compliance program
  • Ten (10) or more years of proven experience working in wireless telecommunications in large scale deployments with specific experience in the Regulatory / Compliance phase
  • Experience handling complex FAA / FCC issues
  • Experience in working with government agencies such as BIA, BLM, USFS and SHPO offices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
