Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst in the Greater Englewood Area. This person will be responsible for preparing, developing and coordinating the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives and ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the enterprise. You'll be expected to be proficiently tracking plans and schedules, performing risk analysis, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques. You'll evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Using EVMS guidelines for implementation and maintenance of program plans, perform Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment (SRA) and resulting analysis and documentation and managing risks and opportunities in the IMS, generating monthly contract data reports to include the IPMDAR, perform regular status and ETC updates as well as analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules including metrics on schedule status, schedule architecture, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, network logic validation and program baseline maintenance.Skills and Requirements6+ years' experienceStrong Microsoft Project experienceStrong EVM experience - Specifically within the DoDAbility to obtain a Secret ClearanceExperience with resource loading schedules, including time phasing and baseline/ETC updates for dollars and hours Mil Standard 881 understandingRiskonnect Active Risk ManagerSRA toolset like Full Monte or similarEarned Value Management Certification nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
