OverviewThe Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will have responsibility for business
analytics and reporting for Amerita. Have a unique combination of technical
and data skills to help build and maintain innovative reports that drive
meaningful insights. The main objective of this position is to mine complex
data sets and analyze the data to find trends. Once trends have been
identified, must be able to succinctly communicate findings to varying
customers throughout the organization.

Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business daysResponsibilities
Supports the organization in planning, creating, and executing the
company's strategic objectives.
Implement new data analysis methodologies.
Perform data profiling to determine anomalies of existing data sets.
Create new data procurement initiatives and develop programs to support
these initiatives.
Researches, investigates and understands the Data Warehouse.
Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
Works cross functionally to develop detailed reporting, forecasts, and
KPI's at detail and summary levels.
Works with different teams across the enterprise to develop and track key
performance indicators which will lead to operational improvement
opportunities.
Developing and managing "best in class" processes and procedures.
Storytelling using data by use of BI tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Developing with SQL BI Tools such as SSMS, SSRS, and SSIS.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in
the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and
procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and
state laws, and applicable professional standards.
QualificationsEducation/Learning Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science,
Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
Desired: MBA, or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
Work Experience
Required: 4 plus years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
preferably with significant amount of time spent in specialty pharmacy or
healthcare
Desired: Oncology experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge
Required: Proficiency in database utilization (SQL). Ability to mine
large amounts of data and must possess an expert level of date literacy.
Strong internal customer focus, and interpersonal skills preferred. Strong
analytical skills are critical.
Desired: Exceptional organization and planning skills.
